About your automobile insurance
After confirming the surroundings, witness, and laws the responsibility may be half/half, which both parties will come to a result later.
The responsibility result may be 100/0, 70/30, 51/49, 50/50 and more. To get the result it may take a long time.
If the accident involved more than 3 cars, most of the time it'll take more than 6 months to get the result.
The only time your insurance becomes more expensive is when your responsibility is 51% and up.
Your own insurance company will pay for your treatments and car repair costs.
If you are not responsible for the accident, your insurance fee will not change.
On the other hand, if you're responsible for the accident then even if you use the other party's insurance, the pay will go up.
※ It is up to the insurance company to choose which party is responsible for the accident.
Please remember that your hospital or clinic treatment bill is your own responsibility to pay.
If the coverage is little, then it can't be promised that the insurance will cover for the cost 100%.
If your Medical cover is only $1000, then your coverage is only up to $1000.
If an ambulance is used or the emergency room, $1000 will not cover for it.
There are many people who don't have automobile insurance, so it's recommended to have your Medical coverage more than $10,000.
Please note that depending on your insurance company, the policy may be different.

- I got into an accident, should I use my own insurance? or do I use the others insurance?

- If I get into an accident, will my insurance payment go up?
The only time your insurance becomes more expensive is when your responsibility is 51% and up.
- If I use my insurance, the pay will go up, so should I use the other party's insurance?

- If the other party is at fault, do I use the their insurance?
- If your insurance is a liability insurance, your insurance will not cover your medical bills. If that's the case, your medical and repair cost will be billed to the other party. You can also use your health insurance.
- If you have full coverage, your medical and repair cost will be covered by your own insurance. Your insurance company will be paying for everything and then will bill it it to the other party's insurance company. If the other party is at fault, they will pay everything for you and even if you use your own insurance, the cost of the insurance will not increase. It is also the same if the other party has no insurance.
- Will my insurance cover 100% of the medical bills?
If the coverage is little, then it can't be promised that the insurance will cover for the cost 100%.
If your Medical cover is only $1000, then your coverage is only up to $1000.

- The types of Insurance
- Liability: Minimum insurance that is needed by law. When you are at fault for the accident, it will pay for the other party's damage and bills.
- Medical: It doesn't matter which is at fault, it will pay for your damage and bills. It will bill the other party's insurance for the payment.
- Uninsured Motorist: If the other party is at fault, but they don't have insurance, then your damage and bills will be paid by your insurance. The insurance company will bill the payment to the other party. Even if you were to get "hurt badly" it'll cover for your medical bills.
- Comprehensive / Collision: When you get into an accident, or your car gets damaged, or stolen, a case that doesn't have an other party, the insurance will pay for the damages.
- Full Cover / Complete: It's a type of insurance that has all the 4 policies above. If you purchased your car by monthly payments, or its rented, it's required to get this insurance.
Please note that depending on your insurance company, the policy may be different.
