People who have emotional stress (e.g. mode swing, anxiety, frustration, loneliness, despair, lack of motivation etc.) or , fatigue, lousiness, poor concentration.
What is aromatherapy?
From early age, the use of essential oils for therapeutic, spiritual, hygienic and ritualistic purposes goes back to a number of ancient civilizations including the Chinese, Indians, Egyptians, Greeks, and Romans who used them in cosmetics, perfumes and drugs.
In other words...
Aromatherapy, works primarily through the nose, but can also act through the lung and the skin. When inhaled, volatile aroma compounds from plants are capable of exerting direct-to-brain actions, primarily through the limbic and olfactory systems. As opposed to the oral ingestion or topical application of a drug or herbal substance, aromatherapy usually offers a far higher margin of safety because the active compounds are small molecule.
- The aroma oil is evaporated into the air and inhaled from the nose
- The small molecule becomes attached to the olfactory epithelium inside your nose
- When the olfactory sensory neurons catch the small molecule it sends an electrical signal(impulse)
- Information is transmitted from the sensory neurons and the information (signal) reaches limbic system in the brain
- Then it is transmitted to the hypothalamus pituitary and the signals acts on the body by the smell which is received.

In addition to aromas, method of kinesiology (muscle testing) will test physiological and electromagnetic reaction of the body to select aromas that you need the most in order to achieve your goal or to ameliorate your stress.
